Volvo is preparing to replace the company's flagship, the Volvo S80 luxury sedan. In its place, we see a new model called the S90, which is based on a concept presented at the Motor Show from Shanghai.
In fact, the new S90 will share the same platform with the XC90 SUV, SPA, from which also will borrow and engines. The top version will probably use a T8 Twin Engine drive train which involves installing an internal combustion engine and a volume of 2.0 liter turbo-aspirated and supercharged by a supercharger, which will make the company with an electric motor. Such a gasket ensures the car with a minimum reserve with 400 horsepower and 640 Nm of torque! In full-electric mode, S90 could travel up to 40 kilometers.
Volvo S90 is expected to debut on the market until the next year 2016 and will be assembled at its factory in China. We expect to follow immediately after the launch of the sedan and the five-door sedan version, called V90.
