How About A Six-Day Vacation Into The Wild With P17A Camping Trailer?

Polydrops is giving you the opportunity to enjoy nature with its new P17A EV camping trailer. The electric vehicle has a big battery charged by solar panels and it promotes a cool Cybertruck style. Inspired by the Tesla Cybertruck, the camping trailer is completely towable with a modernist and faceted design.

The P17A has an in-chassis battery pack and a rooftop with solar panels aimed for off-road trips and this particular feature adds to the price. Despite the exterior ads, this is a lightweight trailer with only 1,200 pounds and can be towed by any car, even to an electric vehicle.

Measuring 13,6 feet, with gullwing doors located on both sides toward the front of the trailer and the rear one opens up as a liftgate. The big battery pack is a large one housed within the chassis and has a 2.4kWh unit as standard and with a battery pack upgrade available up to 12kWh. The rooftop has solar panels available in 260w or 520w variants.

Also, the battery power includes the HVAC system.  The trailer is well-insulated along with the battery power and its HVAC system. You have an optional kitchenette at your disposal, with a minifridge, a sink, and a 1.6-gallon water tank with an induction burner. As with any camping trailer, the P17A also includes a full-size bed.

The company promises that the battery pack can give you a six-day camping vacation without any electricity. You can now enjoy the wildlife. But don’t get too enthusiastic, because those six-days are limited to daily three hours of HVAC, four hours of lightning, 10 hours of the refrigerator, and seven-hours of Bluetooth speaker.

Prices for the P17A start at $24,990 for the standard model, 2.4-kWh battery pack, and the 260w solar panel array. The upgraded model is available for $33,790, the 12-kWh battery, and the 520w solar panels. The kitchenette and Bluetooth add also come at costs of $1,850 and $500.  Despite having a heavy price and the fact that would buy a standard trailer with a bathroom, a six-day vacation in the wild with the P17A seem a fair price.
