Fiat bought 3.3% yet of Chrysler.

This is the way Italians Fiat Group succeeded now to hold 68.49% of the American manufacturer. This reassignment is a part of the long term plan that Fiat will ensure all actions Chrysler, the perfect acquisition of one of the biggest American names equivalent to creating a single group that Italians hopes it will fight with other large groups of the automotive industry: Toyota, Volkswagen and GM. Chrysler is currently the source of Fiat-Chrysler alliance's profit, while the Fiat is in a major loss of land in Europe: in 2012, the Fiat Group lost 704 million on the old continent, while the net income of the new format group achieved 1.41 billion Euros at the worldwide level. The purchase of 100% stake of Chrysler will offer the possibility to Italian Group to benefit directly from the US liquidity.
