A French restomod business has shown their interpretation of the Porsche 928, which features a revamped exterior and a sophisticated interior. This restomod was made by Nardone Automotive in Aix-en-Provence. It looks a lot like a 1977 Porsche 911, but the outside is made of carbon fiber.
The front and rear lights, 18-inch wheels, and Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires are also new additions. A 405-horsepower V8 petrol engine is linked to a sophisticated ECU, a six-speed manual transmission, and a limited-slip differential.
The system also includes adaptive controlled electronic suspension, adjustable electric power steering, and stronger brakes. The interior of the restomod has Alcantara and Foglizzo leather, as well as Porsche's latest Classic Management (PCCM) infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and a better sound system.
Nardone says that the Porsche 928 restomod is a beautiful and interesting grand tourer that combines luxury, performance, and modern elegance. Since a young age, he has been obsessed with this automobile because of its style and class. Once you've driven it, you'll never look back, company president Thierry Nardone said.
The automobile will be unveiled in Milan before its appearance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed later this month. The company hasn't said anything about price or availability, but the first cars should be delivered in 2024.
