Citroen My Ami Buggy Concept Is A Fantastic Adventure Car
by AutoExpert | 17 December, 2021
The Citroen Ami is a lovely city runabout, and it's been reimagined as the My Ami Buggy concept car. The My Ami Buggy has a rough appearance with bull-bars, headlamp shields, and expanded fender flares, and is billed as a "playfully imagined" concept.
Rock rails, an auxiliary light bar, and a spare tire mounted on the roof are all included in the design. The doors have also been withdrawn, and swing-outs with specifically designed storage bags have been installed in their stead. When the weather gets stormy, drivers may install Mehari-inspired rainproof canvas panels.
The cabin's distinctive style continues with "Advanced Comfort seat cushions," which have double the cushioning of the basic Ami. A matte gold metal storage rack, cup holders, and a variety of detachable storage bags are also included in the project.
Citroen did not provide technical details for the My Ami Buggy concept, but the regular Ami has a 5.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack that feeds an electric engine with an output of 8 hp (6 kW / 8 PS). This allows the vehicle to go up to 43 miles (70 km) on a single battery charge and reach speeds of up to 28 mph (45 km/h).
There are several countries where the Ami may be driven without a license and operated by persons as young as 14.
