In Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden, Chinese automaker Xpeng has released specs and pricing for the all-electric P5 sedan. The P5 will be available in Space Gray, Deep Black, or Topaz White in Europe, with Black and Brown interior options.
The Xpeng P5, which has been on the market in China, has a 66 kWh battery pack that powers a single electric engine with 211 hp and 228 lb-ft of torque. The company claims a 0-62 mph time of 7.5 seconds.
The EV also has an 11 kW AC on-board charger and a CCS2 charging outlet, as well as compatibility for rapid charging up to 70 kW, which allows the battery to be recovered from 30% to 80% in 36 minutes.
Consumers in Denmark will spend 390,000 DKK ($56,823) for the EV, and those in the Netherlands will pay €48,000 ($52,033). Clients in Norway will pay 380,000 NOK ($42,717), while buyers in Sweden will be charged 550,000 SEK ($57,825) for the P5.
To support the XPILOT Driving, XPILOT Parking, and XPILOT Safety features, all P5 models sold in Europe come equipped with Xpeng's XPILOT 2.5 advanced driver assistance software. 4 driving cameras, 5 high-definition millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic wave sensors, and 9 high-perception cameras are included in the system.
A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 15.6-inch portrait-oriented infotainment screen, online streaming, over-the-air software upgrades, front/rear heat seating, wireless charging, and much more can be found in the P5's cabin. The Xpeng P5 is now available for online reservations, however, it is unclear when client deliveries will commence.
