Chevrolet Nomad - the concept car which stunned the automotive industry 11 years ago!

The 2004 International Auto Showroom in North America served as the perfect occasion for presenting the Nomad concept car, created by GM.
Don't try too hard on identifying its type. You will not be able to classify it as SUV, wagon, or sedan. Probably, the best way to describe it is a mixture between a coupe wagon and a sports car.
This weirdness is powered by an Ecotec turbo engine with a capacity of 2.2 liters. It has 4 cylinders, working on an automatic transmission five-phase Hydra Matic 5L40 system.
The design of the car blends some nomad influences with retro lines, but without modifying too much the original 1954 Chevy Nomad's looks. Some of the maintained details include slightly curved wings, round lights, and the Corvette sign.
