A pseudo-Rolls Royce: We know that "imitation is the most sincere form of admiration", but a Rolls-Royce does not have anything to do with a Chrysler or with 32-inch bling-bling rims.
Rolls-Royce Phantom is one of the top luxury car makers and imitating it wasn't really a good idea. For example, the model in the video below, which at first glance looks like a Rolls, but eventually proves to be just a cheap imitation based on a Chrysler 300C.
Moreover, it also has a set of 32-inch wheels - far, far too big even for a car of 300C's dimensions.
