Bugatti Chiron Super Sport Gets A Customized Paint Job
by AutoExpert | 11 April, 2022
Bugatti just announced the start of delivery of the first Chiron Super Sport cars. "It’s extremely exciting to be witnessing the first customer units of the Chiron Super Sport come together within our Atelier," stated Christophe Piochon, Bugatti's president.
The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport debuted in June 2021, after a long-term effort to make the Chiron Super Sport both nimble and stable. The company's customization service was used to construct one of the first, which had a paint scheme called "Vagues de Lumiere."
The name, which translates as "light waves," alludes to the exquisite orange stripes that contrast with the blue base hue. The hand-painted design is meant to mimic the way light bounces off the car's exterior. According to the manufacturer, the car can easily hit 273 mph with its bodywork and the 8.0-liter 16-cylinder engine's 1,578 horsepower.
Meanwhile, all construction slots have been reserved, and there is a lengthy waiting list of those wanting to take up any canceled reservations.
