As Little As $23,410 For 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross
by AutoExpert | 13 September, 2021
Corolla Cross pricing was announced by Toyota on Thursday. Its basic price of $23,410 (plus $1,215 for destination) puts it around a $3,000 premium over the conventional Corolla sedan or hatchback variants. 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross will be available in L, LE, and XLE trim levels, much like the regular Corolla.
The L model comes with a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa integration, Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 (automated emergency braking, lane departure monitoring with lane-keeping assist, dynamic cruise control, and automatic high beams), and LED headlights and taillights as standard equipment.
Starting at $25,760, the LE trim adds an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 17-inch alloy wheels, push-button start, additional USB ports, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alerts.
In the XLE, you get 18-inch alloy wheels, LED DRLs and fog lights, dual-zone temperature control, and faux leather seating surfaces with leather trim components. XLE has a starting price of $27,540.
On all three model levels, though, 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross is available with all-wheel drive for $1,300 more than either of Corollas or the C-HR it shares a showroom. Additionally, the LE and XLE models provide a JBL premium audio system as an extra package, along with a power back liftgate and a sunroof.
A hybrid model hasn't been announced yet, but it's safe to anticipate that we won't see it until the 2023 or 2024 model year.
