Are You Ready To Meet Tesla Model S Plaid Facelift?

Tesla has a new facelift for its Model S vehicles. Recently, they presented the 2021 Model S Plaid facelift that comes with the exterior, interior, and powertrain changes. The long-anticipated facelift will represent the new flagship model with the following Plaid+ model to follow.
Its deliveries should have started in February this year, but just like any other automakers, was forced to delay them due to the pandemic. The company’s online configurator informs its customers that the deliveries for its Model S Plaid might be tracked starting next month this year. Company CEO Elon Musk posted on his Twitter account that on June 3, this year, Tesla will host a delivery event at its Fremont, California factory.
The initially revealed specs for the Model S Plaid wowed from the start and if they will be accurate, the new version should deliver up to 1,020-horsepower from its tri-motor setup. Fortunately, the AWD system allows an impressive 390-mile estimated driving range, 200 mph (321 km/h) top speed, and a 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) sprint in just 1.99-second. As for the Model S Plaid is currently listed at $119,990 before savings.
The standard model is offered in the white paint finish, but other colors will be priced as the only no-cost paint option. You can also opt for the optional 21-inch wheels for extra $4,500 pay. The standard all-black interior carbon fiber or wood trim interiors would cost you up to $2,000 for the optional while black/white or cream interior. For more elegance, you can also opt for Tesla’s Full Self-Driving Capability. But this feature is a whole new story. More details will be revealed later.
