The 2024 Honda Ridgeline is hitting the road with a series of juicy updates, a fresh trim, and a modest price adjustment. The base model now starts at $41,125, which includes the $1,375 destination charge, representing a $950 increase.
Specifically, the lineup comprises Sport, RTL, the new TrailSport (replacing RTL-E), and the Black Edition. The latest TrailSport trim, entering the hierarchy at $46,355, brings a touch of off-road capability with General Grabber A/T Sport all-terrain tires on 18-inch wheels.
It has off-road-oriented suspension tuning to keep the truck stable and sturdy steel underbody protection to shield the oil pan in order to be suitable for rugged adventures. The TrailSport boasts an exclusive diffused sky blue exterior, complemented by orange contrast stitching throughout the cabin.
In terms of design, the Ridgeline sports a refreshed grille design and proudly displays its name on the tailgate. Inside, Honda has revamped the center console, introducing larger cupholders, wireless charging, and a more traditional armrest.
Technological upgrades include a 7.0-inch screen in the instrument cluster alongside the analog speedometer and a larger 9.0-inch infotainment touchscreen on the dash. Under the hood, the Ridgeline retains its reliable 3.5-liter V6 engine, delivering 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. The power is channeled through a nine-speed gearbox to the standard all-wheel-drive system with rear active torque vectoring.
For those seeking additional customization, Honda continues to offer the HPD Package for the Ridgeline. This package enhances the truck's aesthetics and performance, featuring a new grille, an oil pan protector, 18-inch HPD alloy wheels with all-terrain tires, and distinctive black lug nuts. The 2024 Honda Ridgeline will be a perfect match for those seeking on-road comfort and off-road adventures.
