In two years we will get to drive the 2023 Audi Q6 E-Tron and this one could be related to the Porsche Macan due to the co-developed technology with Porsche. Recently, Markus Duesman confirmed that the Q6 E-Tron is over a year from its global debut scheduled at the annual general Audi meeting in Ingolstadt.
The brief mentioned details spoilers the 2023 E-Tron's resemblance with the Macan in terms of dimensions. Also, it's a fact already that the Q6 will be the electric alternative to the Q5. A resemblance with Porsche's star model isn't only about its architecture - it's about the newly co-developed PPE platform to give customers a luxurious electric vehicle. Though the Q6 model will share Taycan's 800-volt technology which helps reduce the charging times.
More details about the Q6 will be revealed officially later this year and the unveiling is scheduled for 2022. The 2023 Q6 E-Tron is also part of Audi's EV portfolio, along with Q4 E-Tron and Etron GT. Let's hope that the project won't be delayed by diverse factors
At the same time, Porsche will have ready its 2022 Macan with the same arrival in showrooms in 2023. These spy photos of the camouflaged Macan spotted a more rakish roofline compared to the current Taycan model. Also, they revealed so far that the crossover will be available in both variants, but for selective markets.
