2022 Villa d'Este Will Host The Second Rolls-Royce Boat Tail
by AutoExpert | 17 January, 2022
In 2021, Rolls-Royce introduced the Boat Tail, a unique design produced by the Rolls-Royce Coachbuilding division. An unidentified affluent customer paid $28 million for the world's most expensive new automobile. The British brand has revealed that it would be producing just 3 of these cars.
The second Boat Tail, according to Rolls-Royce, will make its public premiere at the Villa d'Este in 2022. Despite the lack of information, we anticipate the second Boat Tail will be different from the first.
Customized design means that the Boat Tail's bodywork and interior may be made exactly as requested by the customer. It is expected that the second Boat Tail would keep the 19 feet length and wrap-around windshield regardless of its custom-made nature. The powertrain hasn't been revealed, but it's reasonable to assume it'll be the same twin-turbo 6.7-liter V12 as the rest of the RR lineup. The Cullinan and Phantom versions produce up to 563 hp (420 kW), while the Black Badge vehicles produce up to 600 hp (447 kW).
