by AutoExpert | 24 December, 2021
The cost of purchasing a 2022 Toyota Supra has increased, as well as the price of delivering the vehicle. The basic price of the 2.0-liter Supra for 2022 is $43,290, which is $300 more than the base price of $42,990 in 2021. However, it isn't the end of it. Toyota has also increased its delivery processing & handling cost from $995 to $1,025, beginning in 2022.
Buyers who waited until this year to purchase an inexpensive Supra will end up spending $330 more than they would have if they had bought one last year. The 3.0-liter Supra's price has climbed even further. Starting at $51,640 ($52,665 with destination) in 2022, buyers will spend $650 more than in 2021.
The GR Supra 3.0 Premium also receives a price increase for 2022, with an MSRP of $54,790 ($55,815 with destination), which is $300 more than last year. It comes with a red leather-trimmed inside and full-screen Apple Car Play on vehicles with the Premium Audio kit.
Lastly, the A91-Carbon Fiber Edition is a brand-new model with a starting price of $63,280 ($64,305 with destination). The model, however, is restricted to only 600 units and is the rarest Mark V Supra to date. Handmade carbon fiber elements, such as a duckbill spoiler, front splitter, and rockers, are included. It also comes with distinctive 19-inch wheels in matte grey Phantom, Absolute Zero White, or Nitro Yellow.
It has 382 horsepower (387 PS/285 kW) and can reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.9 seconds, much like the previous 3.0-liter Supras. The 2.0-liter variant, on the other hand, produces 255 horsepower (259 PS/190 kW) and accelerates to highway speeds in under 5 seconds. Every 2022 GR Supra arrives with a special one-year membership to the National Auto Sport Association (NASA), which includes benefits like a discounted entrance to NASA events and a free high-performance driving session.
