2022 Grand Cherokee Renderings Envision Exterior Detalis
by AutoExpert | 3 March, 2021
2022 Grand Cherokee will be a bit different from its previous 2021 sibling. The Kolesa.ru did it again – they removed the prototype’s camouflage from the spy photos and we clearly see that the next model is a five-passenger SUV with more visual tweaks compared to the 2021 Grand Cherokee L.
They added to Cherokee renderings and presumable design changes. Remember, that these are the vehicle’s photoshopped renderings not approved by Jeep. There’s also visible a shorter wheelbase and a modified front end. The front attached renderings have another fog lamps’ surrounds and a lower section of the bumper. The spy photos reveal a possible bigger upper grille.
The side-view shows a different rear-pillar and a quarter glass on the two-row model accurately reflected by the renderings. The graphic designer envisioned a 2022 Grand Cherokee with a new LED strip connecting the taillights, but it’s just an assumption because the prototype's camouflage covered the LEDs.
Both two new-generation Grand Cherokee will have an identical basic 3.6-liter V6 and the optional 5.7-liter V8 option. Also, the Grand Cherokee 4xe hybrid is expected to join the market around the same time next year.
