This Chevrolet Silverado With Over 1000 HP Is The Ultimate Street Truck

Gateway Classic Cars has a street truck for sale, and we'll tell you about it today. We're talking about a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado with dual dually rear axles and a twin-turbo, big-block V8 that produces more than 1,000 ponies! This truck began life as a specialized Bonneville car hauler for Spectre performance intakes.
Eventually, the world's most outlandish ideas began to appear on it. It received a front-end replacement from a Cadillac Escalade, an interior stocked with leather and Kenwood audio, all suspensions replaced with airbags, 22-inch Brentz wheels, and a big-block V8. Its creator employed a 500 cubic-inch (8.2-liter) large block as a donor engine.
This Chevrolet Silverado was extended to 529 cubic inches (8.7 liters) before installation and plumbed to accommodate a pair of Garrett turbochargers, which are expected to boost the engine's output to 1,425 hp and 1,671 lb-ft of torque. However, the exact amount it produces is unknown, owing to the difficulty of finding a dyno that would suit its odd rear axle layout.
A pair of rear axles, both with dual configurations, are connected to the engine through a five-speed Allison heavy-duty automatic gearbox. Special changes to the chassis, extended fender flares, and widening of the wheel wells were necessary to accommodate eight wheels on two axles.
We're not sure if the front axle is propelled, as the seller didn't offer any underbody images of this Chevrolet Silverado. It's presumably rear-drive only because there's no 4x4 lever or switch in the cabin. The asking price is $65,000. How much do you think it's worth?
