The new Volvo XC 90 appears to be a successful model and managed to upset the automotive world before its appearance on the market.
But it seems that things are not so good, at least from the standpoint of reliability. Recently, Volvo announced a recall for the service of more units.
The new Volvo XC 90 was presented to the European public at the Geneva Motor Show to be submitted in the local market on the 4th of June. It seems that the new generation seems to be a successful model managed shortly to attract many admirers. It seems that the success enjoyed by the new model is followed by bad luck and that's because Volvo has recalled to service 200 units. In fact, the number of cars is much higher, much of it is found in warehouses and the 200 machines are already being sold to the customers. The problem is the fault of the front seat electric system that can block the opening of airbags. The manufacturer announced that all the work is free and will be carried out by authorized service providers.
The current XC 90 Volvo means something more. It is the car in which the manufacturer will try to return the title to the safest car in the world! The manufacturer boasts that the creation of this model has invested a huge amount of money - EUR 8 billion! This money was intended for the new platform called Scable Product Architecture from which will be derived several new models.
