2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06
The 2015 version of Corvette Z06 has a lot to prove to its predecessor in terms of handling and performance and to the ZR1 in terms of high speeds.
Luckily it has an engine that can help, it is a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 that unleashes a power of 650 hp and 650 Nm and sends it to a8-speed automatic or 7-speeds manual transmission controlled by the electronic limited-slip differential that drives the rear wheels.
The breaking is ensured by huge carbon-ceramic brakes and magnetorheological dampers, and 5 performance modes that change traction and stability control.
2016 Mercedes-AMG GT S
The Mercedes SLS AMG was more for boasting rights than for driving joy. Soon after they released the AMG Black Series that was running like thunder with its 6.2-liter V8.
Now, the AMG GT S is going to top those two siblings off. It has a 4-0liter, twin-turbo V8 that produces 503 hp and 497 lb-ft of torque and sends the power through the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It is also fitted with electronic limited-slip differential.
The GT S features AMG Dynamic Plus package that includes stiffer springs, tighter steering, and negative camber. Its shocks can adjust on the go and the stopping is managed by huge carbon-ceramic brakes.
2015 Bentley Continental GT3-R
The Bentley is assaulting the GT class with their new GT3-R car that is also the most luxurious of the contenders.
Under the hood, you will find a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 sending 572 hp and 516 Nm to a paddle-shifted 8-speed automatic transmission and then to all 4 wheels helps by torque vectoring software. This is also the only Bentley that weighs less than 5,000 pounds.
Adjustable shock absorbers ensure a good grip and massive carbon-ceramic brakes make sure the car stops in time.
