by AutoExpert | 25 January, 2024
Jeep wants to elevate the 2024 Wrangler experience even more by introducing 35-inch tires on the two-door variant for the first time. Paving the way is the Xtreme 35 Tire Package, available for the two-door Wrangler Willys and Rubicon at $4,495.
This package boasts 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels wrapped in 35-inch BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrain tires. The special bundle for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler also includes a 1.5-inch factory lift with specially tuned shocks, a 4.56:1 axle ratio, and a reinforced swing gate to accommodate the substantial spare.
While it comes at a price, Jeep promises a package that delivers a "best-in-class breakover angle of 32.4 degrees" along with a 47.2-degree approach angle and a 40.4-degree departure angle. Notable figures continue with 12.6 inches of ground clearance and a water fording capability of 34 inches.
Exclusively available for 2024 Jeep Wrangler models equipped with the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, orders for the Rubicon variant are now open, while the two-door Wrangler Willys becomes orderable later this quarter, with production commencing in March.
Originally debuting on the four-door Wrangler in 2021, the Xtreme 35 Tire Package comes standard on the new two-door Wrangler Rubicon X, starting at $62,295 before a $1,895 destination fee.
