Phiaro, a Japanese company that you probably have never heard about, made a car for the race track.
Phiaro is a Japanese company that makes all kinds of interesting stuff for cars - from industrial design to R&D for cars and motorcycles. And yes, I must admit it's the first time I hear this name, although the company exists since 1939.
The Japanese masterpiece seems to be like a Transformer ready to fly at any time. The car has a 1.5-liter engine that develops 144 hp. The Japanese did not reveal the time it needs to reach 100 km/h and or the top speed but the specified weight of 596 kg!
The manufacturer said that the bolide is environmentally friendly and fun to drive. We do not know if it means that it has a gasoline engine but we suppose it involves hybrid propulsion.
We don't know yet if the car will be mass-produced but judging by the looks, we assume that there is a real chance to see it on the road.
