Mexico Presents Their First Supercar Concept
by AllAutoExperts | 8 December, 2015
Most often than not, the word supercar implies Italy, the UK, or Germany. Mexico is the last that comes to mind, yet they have just presented their first supercar concept dubbed the Inferno.
The project is led by Mexican engineers and built by Italians. The chief designer of the Inferno has actually worked on a few Lamborghini concepts.
The body is made by a patented material called: metal foam that is a combination of Aluminum, Zinc, and Silver. The material can stretch to 100 times the original size and also absorbs impacts.
The inferno will be powered by a V8 engine with 1,400 hp and can reach 62 mph in less than 3 seconds and has a top speed of 245 mph.
The specs and the project in general sound too good to be true, however, there is no smoke without a fire, so let's wait for 2016 when the Inferno will supposedly be presented to the world.
