Lamborghini Goes Twin-Turbo with the URUS SUV.

This was confirmed by Lambo R&D Boss, Maurizio Reggiani. They will install a twin-turbocharged V8 for their upcoming SUV, URUS.
The main decision factor for this performance upgrade is that Lambo needs to stay competitive when it comes to off-road performance and deliver the required torque.
Advocates for a classic, naturally-aspirated Lambo might be disappointed, but Reggiani said that the engine needs to be light yet powerful and perform excellently on the off-road.
Engine, performance, and design are the distinguishing elements of SUVs from Lamborghini. In fact, the CEO of Lambo said they already benchmarked the rivals of URUS and are sure that it can be a strong challenger of Bentley's Bentayga.
