It's both regular and normal for an automaker to send off some of its previous technical specs. Honda decided to give up on their S660 roadster as if it was a celebration - they will release a special version named the Module X Version Z.
Despite the fact that this model is based on the usual S660 Modulo X model, there's plenty of colorful variants, starting with Sonic Gray Pearl, and other option dubbed Premium Star White Pearl. Both cars come equipped with tinted emblems, black alloy wheels, a rear spoiler finished in black, and a Bordeaux Red Fabric top.
The car has no powertrain modifications, also, there's the original 685 ccs turbocharged three-cylinder engine will deliver the same 63 hp and 104 Nm of torque. It's even coupled to a six-speed manual transmission that is driving the rear wheels. Also, Honda gave up on the continuously variable transmission (CVT) for this specific model. So, no smooth driving experience, but still a piece of the collection.
The price starts in Japan at $29,000 and will be available starting March 2022. There are still questions about various regulation changes in Japan, especially the mandatory fitment of automatic emergency braking and the possibility of imposing car manufacturers to adopt electrification.
