Delta4x4 offers a tuning package for those Tourneo Connect owners seeking an even more off-road capable vehicle. The package also includes a lift kit by Seikel, along with a new set of wheels and other rugged features.
The modified Ford Tourneo Connect comes with 17-inch Klassik-B rims in black with beadlock styling and 235/55R17 Grabber AT3 tires for increased durability. Delta4x4 also added a metal bull bar to provide protection. Extra PIAA LEDs have also been added to improve visibility during nighttime driving.
The Tourneo Connect by Ford is built using the same platform as the Volkswagen Caddy, which means that Seikel's chassis upgrades can be applied to both vehicles. The suspension has been improved with Koni FSD shock absorbers at the front and spacers at the back, raising the ride height by 0.8 inches. This change, along with a strong metal plate that protects the engine bay and transmission, gives drivers more confidence when they go off-road.
Regarding the cost of the customization, the tires are priced at €952 ($1,021), while the wheels cost €1,974.33 ($2,116). Additionally, the bull bar costs €592 ($635), the underbody protection costs €1,142.40 ($1,225), and the suspension upgrades cost €1,130 ($1,211). Extra funds would be required for the installation of supplementary LEDs. The aforementioned tweaks are compatible with all trims of the Ford Tourneo Connect.
