The M5 sedan series is a powerful car but no more potent than a Nissan GT-R that comes to compete with the Porsche 911 Turbo. However, once passed by a tuning workshop, the results might be surprising.
Nissan GT-R is a high performance coupe that features a 6-cylinder twin turbo engine delivering 550 hp and a torque of 632 Nm! It is about 200 kg lighter than the M5 which has 560 hp and a torque of 680 Nm. The chapter of performance should not expect surprises; the BMW M5 sprints from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.3 seconds while Nissan GT-R in only 2.7 seconds.
However, the results may vary once the M5 passes through the hands of the specialists Burger Motorsports as our case is. Thanks to the kit of performance, this increased the engine power by 50 hp. It would seem that it's not much but do not forget about the couple, here we have a surprise; it grew from 120 Nm to 800 Nm.
The results of the drag racing in this case are in the movie below.
