Bentley Is Offering A $15,000 Road Trip To A Scottish Distillery
by AutoExpert | 1 February, 2022
This year, Bentley is planning a booze run and wants you to join them. You're invited to accompany the British carmaker on its journey from its factory in Crewe, Cheshire, to the Speyside area of Scotland and the estate of scotch-maker The Macallan.
However, participation will come at a price. According to the company, it will take four days to travel the 400 miles (644 km) from the center of England to the banks of the River Spey in Scotland. There will be more than simple driving involved.
The journey will take participants through the British Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales, and the Craighorns. Bentley aimed to provide a stunningly beautiful path to the protected Speyside area. Aside from the breathtaking views, there will be special activities such as a dinner at the Bentley factory and 4 nights in luxurious accommodations.
Michelin-star food, stargazing with Scotland's Astronomer Royal Catherine Heyman, and guided tastings of the Macallan's best products will also be available.
Even if you don't own a Bentley, you can still participate in the adventure. A Bentley car is included in your £11,350 (USD 15,251) per person fee, as is full concierge service to look after your requirements along the trip. Bentley claims the road trip will take place four times in 2022, providing you with a variety of opportunities for when you want to join up.
