Arash Sportscars is a company that was created as a tribute to the love for cars and the pleasure to drive while feeling a powerful engine under the hood.
Its activity began in 2006, March, and all of the forces were targeted towards creating AF 10. It all began with a concept car drawn on paper, which afterward has been transferred into the computers and materialized into an aerodynamic prototype.
The car body is made out of carbon, in Nomex panels and aluminum honeycombs. The use of carbon in the chassis construction has contributed to its decreased weight. The brakes consist of 8 cylinder ceramic discs, ventilated in the back, in sizes of 380 mm in front, and 362 in the back. The wheels are of 48.3 x 24.1 cm / 19 x 9,5inches in the front part and 50.8 x 31.8 cm / 20 x 12.5 inches in the back. The producers have chosen Michelin Pilot 265 / 35ZR19 rears in front and 335 / 30ZR20 in the back.
The sizes of the car involve the following numbers: 4663 mm length, 2050 mm width, and 1145 mm in height.
The engine has been developed by General Motors in the USA. It is a very light weighted unit, able to produce an impressive power. The mid-V8 engine with natural aspiration produces 550 hp, at a 644 Nm torque. It is believed that the maximum speed of Arash AF 10 is almost 330 km/h.
