The car capable of flying, known as air mobility 3.0 spectacularly crashed during a test performed by its inventor last week in Slovakia.
Although flying cars are more attributes of science fiction fans, and proved many times that it is very difficult to apply in practice, the crash last week in Slovakia will alleviate probably even more enthusiasm for the enthusiasts about the subject, writes independent.co.uk.
According to eyewitnesses, the airmobile 3.0 seemed to have a number of technical problems and went into a spin before collapsing. The pilot used a rescue system that allowed skydiving before the vehicle hit the ground. The company vehicle developer issued a statement confirming that "the inventor and test pilot, Stefan Klein, faced with an unexpected situation and activated the rescue system at an altitude of about 300 meters".
