The Newly Redesigned 2024 Volkswagen T-Cross Makes Its Debut

Volkswagen T-Cross is currently undergoing a refresh following its initial release some four years ago. The 2024 T-Cross is 1" longer than the model it replaces. It has grown to a length of 162.8 inches, and its 101-inch wheelbase is a welcome addition.
The R-Line models will come equipped with matrix LED headlights as a standard feature. However, for the lower-tier Life variant, these headlights will be available as an optional add-on.
Volkswagen is phasing out halogen headlights and replacing them with non-adaptive LED headlights as standard equipment. Alloy wheels come in sizes ranging from 16 to 17 inches, with the smaller size being standard on the base model. The rear lights have been fashioned into an X design. A stronger drawbar allows the compact SUV to tow 165 pounds (44 pounds more than previously).
There are two power outputs for the 1.0 TSI: 95 or 116 horsepower, with a choice of five-speed manual, six-speed automatic, or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmissions. The larger 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 150 horsepower is only offered with the DSG transmission.
Depending on the trim level you choose for your 2024 T-Cross, the interior center console can house either a freestanding 8-inch or 9.2-inch display. The automaker claims that cutting-edge hardware and software power the infotainment system. Volkswagen aims to start delivering in the first quarter of 2024, so the time to place an order is now.
