Nissan CEO Talks About The Upcoming GT-R
by AutoExpert | 23 December, 2021
Nissan's upcoming GT-R is drawing more attention from the public. Hiroshi Tamura, the head of the GT-R development team, indicated in 2019 that the decision to electrify rests solely with customers. The next-generation GT-R will be electrified if client feedback is good.
This is exactly what is going to happen, according to the most recent sources. Last month, Nissan CEO Makoto Uchida hinted at a new platform for the future Nissan GT-R: "We're definitely making a new platform," Nissan CEO Makoto Uchida said, "and our goal is clear: the GT-R has to be the quickest car of its kind. It has to own the track. And it has to play the advanced technology game."
The next-gen Nissan GT-R will be introduced in 2023, and official information and specs will be released then.
