Neta S Hunting Edition' Revealed: A New Chapter In Electric Estates
by AutoExpert | 10 August, 2024
Neta seems to have nailed it with their new estate version of the S sedan. Just ahead of its release to customers next month, this new Neta S model is making waves for its sleek design and thoughtful execution.
The Neta S estate, officially dubbed the "Hunting Edition," is the result of Hozon Auto's revival of the Neta brand. The estate version of the sedan offers a more refined look, featuring an extended roofline and a refreshed rear fascia.
The front still has narrow LED headlights and DRLs, a big lower grille, and blacked-out triangle air intakes. A longer roof, a larger spoiler, and a more upright rear window help to unify the sedan's unusual fastback form at the back. Identical to the sedan's taillights, a full-width LED light bar connects them.
The Neta S Hunting Edition, according to local media, has the following dimensions: a wheelbase of 2,980 mm (117.3 inches), a height of 1,480 mm (58.2 inches), a width of 1,980 mm (77.9 inches), and a length of 4,980 mm (196 inches). When it arrives, the car will have two power sources: batteries and extensions.
An electric motor producing 268 horsepower complements the range-extender's compact 1.5-liter engine producing 94 horsepower. With its substantial 31.71 kWh and 43.88 kWh battery packs, the EREV will be able to go all-electric for 125 km (78 miles) to 185 km (115 miles) of driving, based on the specifications. Two different BEV models will also be offered.
An electric motor with 268 horsepower powers the rear wheels of the standard model, while an upgraded 228 horsepower powers the front wheels of the flagship model. There has been no public disclosure of the specifics of the six battery pack alternatives; however, the sedan variant is available with capacities between 64.5 kWh and 91 kWh. The Neta S Hunting Edition will probably offer similar options.
