Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Is Taken To New Heights By Arctic Trucks

As is customary with Arctic Trucks, the newest Mitsubishi Pajero Sport-based Arctic Truck is geared toward off-road use and is no exception. The Pajero Sport AT35, which is already on the Russian market and has improved off-road skills as well as a dominant road stance, was introduced by the tuner.
The most visible addition, as with their prior projects, is a new set of 17-inch wheels shod in enormous 315/70 R17 tires for enhanced traction in all types of terrain. Arctic Trucks used its unique fender extensions to make up for the Pajero Sport's extra width, which is in line with the vehicle's style.
The 270 mm (10.6-inch) ground clearance is the consequence of the wheel diameter combined with the elevated and strengthened heavy-duty suspension. Unsurprisingly, the Pajero Sport's off-road skills benefit from its elevated seating position.
Mitsubishi Pajero Sport's engine was left alone by Arctic Trucks. The AT35 is available with a 2.4-liter turbodiesel engine that produces 179 hp (133 kW / 181 PS) or a 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine that provides 217 hp (162 kW / 220 PS). With the aid of Mitsubishi's Super Select 4WD-II all-wheel-drive technology, power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The third-generation Mitsubishi Pajero Sport came out in 2015, but it got a new look in 2019 to stay competitive with the Toyota Fortuner and Ford Everest.
