Everyone was taken aback when Mercedes-Benz announced that it will be refreshing its midsize vans for the 2024 model year.
To be more specific, the V-Class, the V-Class Marco Polo, the Vito, the e-Vito, and the EQV will all be receiving scrumptious improvements. Let's begin with the grille, which now features an illuminated LED contour on the V-Class, the V-Class Marco Polo, and the EQV.
Meanwhile, the V-Class Exclusive model receives a traditional hood-mounted upright star for the very first time. LED headlights with several beam patterns are available either as standard equipment or as an upgrade choice. Also featured are aerodynamically tuned alloy wheels in 17, 18, and 19 inches, as well as five new paint colors to choose from.
Last but not least, a new parking kit for the vans includes a 360-degree camera and a trailer handling aid. In the cabin of the Vito and eVito, Mercedes installed a color instrument cluster measuring 5.5 inches and a touchscreen measuring 10.25 inches. In comparison, the V-Class and V-Class Marco Polo, as well as the EQV, have two screens measuring 12.3 inches each.
New features have been added, including a heated steering wheel, keyless start, ambient lighting with 64 different colors, and more. Finally, the exciting news is that Mercedes is now equipping the V-Class and EQV with a standard left-side sliding door.
