Lotus Announces Its First Global Store In Central London

Lotus has announced the opening of its first global store in central London, UK, this autumn. The Lotus Mayfair showroom is now under construction at 73 Piccadilly, on the corner of Berkeley Street, directly across from the world-famous Ritz Hotel.
The 4,521 square foot shop will contain a three-car showroom on the ground floor as well as ample space for Lotus items when it is completed.
Potential buyers will have access to a VIP lounge with a computerized configuration site. It'll also take advantage of the new e-commerce infrastructure that Lotus buyers can currently use to select and purchase its products online. Lotus Mayfair will also house the Lotus Advanced Performance business, which was recently created for customized projects.
The main facility, according to Geoff Dowding, Lotus' Executive Director of Sales and Aftersales, would attract tourists from all over the world. As a result, rare models from Lotus' past will be on display, as well as a complete calendar of events.
