In A Drag Race, Devel Sixty 6x6 SUV Beats Mercedes-AMG GT

Devel, a Dubai-based company, has begun testing prototypes for the Sixty, a 6x6 super SUV. A drive to the drag track was part of the testing, and the Sixty managed to overpower a Mercedes-AMG GT sports car.
The Devel Sixty has a 0-60 mph speed of 5.8 seconds, but the prototype in the video may have a bit more power than the official 700-hp figure that the manufacturer also claims for their insane six-wheeler. Devel sprang out of nowhere in 2013, promising a supercar with 5,000-hp and a top speed of 348 mph.
At the 2017 Dubai car show, the Sixty was unveiled for the first time. The Sixty is powered by a 6.7-liter turbocharged V-8 diesel engine that produces 700-hp and can accomplish a peak speed of 93 mph. The motor drives huge wheels linked to portal axles using a unique six-wheel-drive system. The latter, popularized by AMG's G63 6x6, is responsible for the vehicle's elevated height.
When the car is at its maximum altitude, the Sixty will require at least 90 inches of clearance. The car's inside has yet to be seen, although Devel claims there will be six seats.
Production will take place in the United States, with a starting price of $450,000. There is currently no information on when the first sample will be provided.
