How About a Real-Time Drag Race…On The Moon?
by AutoExpert | 8 December, 2020
Get ready for October, next year, when two radio-controlled cars will race on the moon. And this time it’s not a project realized by NASA, just a science project brought to life by high-school students.
Only landing the cars on the moon will already be a historical event because Moon Mark partnered with Houston-based Intuitive Machines, will be the first private company to land on the moon. Besides the race on the moon, other experiments will be conducted.
There are also involved Frank Stephenson Design who worked with Ferrari and McLaren, NASA, Lunar Outpost, and The Mentor Project.
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will be launched in order to deliver the engineered cars for a real-time moon race.
