This is the story of a 55 year old Canadian, which told the police about the crime he committed. He was constrained by remorse after driving a good portion of the road under the influence of alcohol.

Donald Dummer is unemployed and has now become a pedestrian. According to 911 service reports, the man called saying he suffered from alcohol addiction and that he needed help. Being informed that somewhere nearby there is a DUI testing area (driving under the influence), Donald drove in that direction no one was there. Disappointed, he called 911 and asked the police to arrest him for DUI.
