Get Ready To Lose Your Mind Over This Subaru Impreza And Mitsubishi Evo Mix!

A Washington state resident called Jonah, better known online as Shood B Good, set out to develop the ultimate fusion vehicle, the Subevo, in an effort to "enrage" Subaru and Mitsubishi devotees everywhere. The front end of a Mitsubishi Evolution IX was combined with the rest of the body from a Subaru Impreza WRX "Blobeye."
Untrained eyes wouldn't suspect anything amiss with the mashup because of how natural-looking it seems. Putting a Mitsubishi face on a Subaru may not seem difficult, but it was. Whereas the bonnet almost fit the factory hinges, Jonah had to chop the front end and weld a half tube in place.
Because of the Evo headlamps' size, the Subaru's air conditioning and ABS were removed. The Lancer Evo IX is also wider than the Impreza WRX, therefore the front fenders had to be reshaped. To make a smoother transition to the front doors, the front fenders of both automobiles were combined.
The car is practically finished, except for the intercooler and front grille, which require some attention. Jonah chose a metallic Soul Red wrap, which is more appropriate for the Mitsubishi. He also went for a new set of BBS-style rims that fill out the wheel arches beautifully.
The downpipe, revised intake, turbo, 1,000cc injectors, HKS blow-off valve, and more have all been added to the 2.0-liter Subaru boxer engine, as you might expect. To round things off, the Subevo received a new set of coilovers. The tuned Subevo will undoubtedly draw attention when it gets going.
