Audi A8 L Horch Comes Got a Detailed Detailed Renderings
by AutoExpert | 19 April, 2021
Starting in 2018, when the first rumors appeared about Audi's intention to revive the A8 L, the Horch name popped up and began three years of a very long wait for at least an introduction of it. The German manufacturer seems to be busy with others projects, so a car designer decided to imagine a rendered A8 L Horch.
Audi did not say anything else, other than a confirmation of working on the new A8 flagship back in 2019. According to experts, a real Horch would be a perfect rival on the market. Imagine what would be like to see a drag race between an A8 L Horch and the latest Mercedes-Maybach model. It's still a project vaguely mentioned on papers during an annual meeting in 2019.
Now, please keep in mind that Horch is a fictional given name. The actual A8 flagship has minimum styling changes. The rendered car is a facelifted A8, a very soon-to-debut car. So this just a "what would look like" for the Horch presumable version. Let's take a closer look.
The exterior is gorgeous as usual, with a fitting new grille and vertical slats finished in chrome upfront. Meanwhile, both, front and the rear bumper feature an intriguing chrome trim. The same trims could be found across the side skirts, the exhaust, and the surrounds. The designer also thought of unique wheels for the A8 L Horch model. Releasing a new model, Audi is the manufacturer that thinks of everything in original detail. So you can see a presumable wheel rendering also.
Now let your imagination flow for cabin features. Much more interior upgrades would bring comfort and many tech features. As Audi fans presume, the Audi A8 L would have plush new seats for those in the second-row, high-end materials, and heaps of technology to put it on equal footing with the Maybach S-Class. So this sedan would be a great rival on the market.
Time will show if such a model will make it to the production line. So far, the rendering from the Koleso team looks marvelous, and it's great to get a glimpse at an Audi A8 L Horch model.
