Manhart MH3 800 Touring Is A 855HP Beast That’s Ready To Tear Up The Roads
by AutoExpert | 27 November, 2024
With 855 horsepower and numerous performance enhancements, the Manhart BMW M3 Touring MH3 800 delivers power and precision like no other wagon.
However, extracting an extra 352 hp from the already potent S58 engine is no simple task. Manhart went all in, upgrading the engine with forged pistons and connecting rods, turning up the boost from the twin turbos, and adding a new intercooler to keep everything cool under pressure.
To help the M3 Touring breathe better, Manhart also fitted a carbon intake and a new exhaust system. Manhart's tuning masters have lowered the MH3 800 Touring and enhanced its grip with adjustable H&R springs. The staggered 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels give it a muscular stance. The M3 retains its carbon ceramic brakes, but upgrades the eight-speed automatic to handle the 804 lb-ft of torque that comes with all that extra power.
And of course, the MH3 800 Touring gets a set of new grille inserts for the front kidney grilles, a front spoiler, and sleek rocker panels that lower the car's profile. Carbon spoilers on the roof and rear glass add even more aggression, while a new diffuser at the back houses a quad-exhaust setup that’ll leave a sound you won’t forget.
Manhart hasn’t revealed any specifics on pricing or production numbers, but we can expect this one to carry a hefty price tag. If you’re in Germany, you can check out the MH3 800 Touring at the Essen Motor Show through December 8.
