by AutoExpert | 25 January, 2023
Hyundai did not provide many specifics about the vehicle's technical specs when the 2023 Hyundai Grandeur was first unveiled. The complete details are now out, and they indicate that the new Grandeur is "grander" than ever.
Longer than a Genesis G80 but shorter than a G90, its total length is 5,035 millimeters (198.2 inches).
The base model is powered by a four-cylinder 2.5-liter engine producing 195 horsepower and 183 lb-ft routed to the front wheels, but there are two more powertrain options available to buyers. With the optional all-wheel-drive system, the larger 3.5-liter V6 generates 296 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque. Another option is a front-wheel-drive LPG 3.5 variant with 237 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque. This model operates on liquefied petroleum gas.
The 2023 Hyundai Grandeur is available in South Korea with MSRPs between 37,850,000 won ($30,600) and 46,900,000 won ($38,000), depending on trim level. Meanwhile, the 2023 Hyundai Grandeur with a Black Ink finish costs an additional $1,050.
The premium V6 engine adds $2,000 to the price, while HTRAC, which is not available on the base four-cylinder model, costs a further $1,800. The High-Tech Package ($1,200), Electronically Controlled Suspension ($1,000), and a Rear Seat VIP Package ($1,500) are some of the other available extras.
